WOODBERRY FOREST HANES HALL RENOVATION

The Woodberry Forest Hanes Hall Renovation project is a 3-story, 16,000 square-foot building which is being updated from a former library and archive to a student dorm. Lacy is responsible for the plumbing and mechanical work of the renovation, which includes a completely remodeled mechanical room, 30 new student living spaces with individual fan coil units installed, and a new building commons area. The project demolition began in April of 2018, and project will be completed in August of 2018.
