Our apprenticeship program was founded in 1995 and is one of the largest registered programs in Southwest Virginia. We offer apprenticeships to men and women 16 and older interested in a career in one of the following trades: electrical, plumbing, and sheet metal.

After starting with your base level of pay, completing required courses, and on-the-job training hours, you will be eligible for a pay increase each year. To meet our goals and continue growing, we need tradesmen and women who want to learn about what we do and how we do it.
