BRANCHLANDS MEMORY CARE AND ASSISTED LIVING

Branchlands Memory Care and Assisted Living was a new 4-story assisted living project consisting of 90 residential units, an indoor restaurant, theater, and rehab gymnasium. Lacy was responsible for both the mechanical and plumbing scope of the project, which included a new variable refrigerant flow (VRF) system, dedicated outdoor air units, pumps, water heaters, and plumbing fixtures. The project was completed in July of 2018.
