New Service Dispatcher Welcomed

Through our transition of Service Manager, it became evident that we were in the need of an HVAC Service Dispatcher.  This will allow us to focus more on meeting the needs of our clients both in how we respond to service calls, but also allow Vicky to devote more attention to billing.

On Monday, August 27th, Holly Hollins will be starting her career with GJ Hopkins as a dispatcher.  Her previous employment has been with Carilion Clinic and while she enjoyed her experience there, she looks forward to growing at GJ Hopkins.  Just a little about Holly…she is a mom to two vibrant/active boys aged 5yrs and 18 months.  They also have a German Shepherd who is their “firstborn”.  They enjoy being outside any chance they can whether it’s fishing, throwing rocks, playing in the mud or riding four wheelers.

Holly came to us through her uncle, Artie Moore.  Through her family connections, she is very familiar with the HVAC business.
