Putting the labor in on Labor Day, Service Technicians Mike Wright and Greg Capito responded to an electrical service call at a local Hospital. The client stated this was an important and critical electrical issue for the facility. He admitted to being apprehensive about service technicians working on an electrical panel, but was very surprised and pleased at the level of service and knowledge by both Mike and Greg.
The following is abbreviated notes from the call.
Received “on call” service call for electrical issues. Arrived in the main mechanical/boiler room to find 200 amp disconnect fed from Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) #2 disabled due to a burned up wire and terminal on the line side of the isolation disconnect. We isolated and locked out normal and emergency power. Replaced damaged wire and installed customer supplied 200 amp disconnect. Re-energized normal and emergency power and tested voltages. All now back to normal. Cleaned up work area. Call complete.
Great work and a great example of customer service by GJH Technicians.
